Cobra Security Welcomes Local & UK Dignitaries To Our Lisburn Head Office

We have recently had the pleasure of welcoming Local and UK Dignitaries to our Lisburn Head Office.

Sir Jeffrey Donaldson (MP) for Lagan Valley has been our local MP for almost 20 years and he joined us in welcoming the Chief Executive from the British Security Industry Association (BSIA), Mr. James Kelly and the Chief Executive from the National Security Inspectorate (NSI), Mr. Richard Jenkins.  Along with them was Mrs. Margaret Durr (Head of Operations – NSI) and Mr. Felix Parker-Smith (Public Relations – BSIA).

Both Cobra Security and Sir Jeffrey Donaldson (MP) would like to offer our thanks to them all for taking the time in travelling to Northern Ireland to join us.

During the meeting our guests were given a tour of our new Lisburn Head Office and given the history of Cobra Security and how we have developed over the years.  We demonstrated how Cobra is committed to continually developing and improving our company as well as continually raising standards.  In doing this we are now the most accredited, longest running, privately owned security company in the province.

Our General Manager, Mr. Stephen McComb who is also the Chairman of the Northern Ireland Branch of the BSIA discussed plans to move forward with all companies in the industry working together in order to improve our sector as well as increase awareness of the good work that we all do.

Both the BSIA and the NSI reaffirmed their commitment to the Northern Ireland Security Industry and we plan to welcome them all back again in early 2017 to meet with more of the Security Services Providers in Northern Ireland. More details and dates on this will follow.
